Brad & Lori Crawford

Director of Ministry Development

About the Crawfords

Brad graduated from LeTourneau College with a BS in Business Administration and Aviation Technology. While there, he earned his private pilot’s license, along with his Airframe and Powerplant maintenance technician licenses. He began his career as an aircraft maintenance technician for American Eagle before joining Bell Helicopter, where he held various engineering roles. Prior to joining Crossworld, he received a Certificate of Graduate Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Lori’s path has been guided by a heart for service and her professional skills. A significant conversation on their second date brought about a shared passion for missions which eventually led them and their four children to serve with Crossworld in the former East Germany. Using her German language skills, Lori mentored women and taught children’s church. Returning to her college education she took on the role of an integration teacher at Black Forest Academy. She currently serves adults with disabilities as a direct care provider and volunteers supporting missionary children at Crossworld’s headquarters.

Brad Crawford joined Wings of Blessing in August of 2016.

Brad and his wife, Lori, spent 14 years in Leipzig, Germany, with Crossworld, where their efforts were instrumental in helping to build the local church. In 2012, they transitioned to Southwestern Germany, serving for four years at the Black Forest Academy, an international Christian school. Brad served in the finance office, providing crucial support to the staff and parents. His fluency in German was a valuable asset, allowing him to bridge communications between the school and its many German contacts.

About the Dacks

AARON:
Aaron’s journey into aviation began after his family moved from Australia to Wisconsin when he was 13. A discovery flight in high school sparked a passion that he quickly pursued, earning his private pilot’s license a year after graduation. Alongside his aviation training, he earned an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point and pursued Biblical studies through Okanagan Bible College. Aaron holds the Airframe and Powerplant maintenance technician licenses as well as an additional inspection authorization.

Through all this God was laying ministry on Aaron’s heart, “I have always felt a strong calling from the Lord to use my skills to help build and serve His Church. Wings of Blessing provides the perfect opportunity to put those abilities to use for that very purpose.”

KATIE:
Katie was born in South Korea and raised in Michigan by her adoptive parents. She holds a Bachelor of Biblical Studies in Youth Ministry from The Crown College of the Bible. Katie and Aaron met while attending a small church in Wisconsin. In addition to homeschooling their children, Katie is excited to support Aaron in ministry and looks forward to dedicating her life to serving Christ and His Church wherever they are called.

Aaron and Katie are excited to answer God’s call serving with Wings of Blessing. Aaron will use his expertise as a maintenance specialist to help develop the maintenance program for Wings of Blessing. Katie will serve alongside him by continuing her important work at home raising their three children, Emeryk, Avlynn, and Zayne.
